BETA TESTING
|
|
Thank you for your
interest in beta testing
Bodrag products!
What does a beta
version really stands
for?
A beta product is an
officially released
version of a product
which includes most of
the product's
functionality. The beta
version is released only
for external testing of
the product in order to
identify various
problems that may occur,
as well as collect
requirements and
suggestions from
possible clients or
users.
Each beta release
includes a release notes
file which provides the
following information:
• the release version
number,
• the list of
improvements and
modifications since the
previous version ,
• descriptions of known
bugs (if any) and other
relevant information,
• system requirements
for the testing
computer.
Please note that a
software beta version is
NOT the final
version, and the
developer does not
guarantee the product as
errors-free. The tested
product may disrupt the
computer's operation
and/or result in data
loss.
What should a beta
tester do?
• You need to finish
testing the product
within one week after
you receive it.
• You must report all
problems you experienced
with the product. We
also are interested in
any suggestions you may
have in order to improve
this Bodrag product.
• You may not discuss
the content of the beta
software with any third
party unless
specifically authorized
by Bodrag.
How can I become a beta
tester?
To become a beta tester,
you should:
• Read the
beta test agreement carefully and
accept it.
• Fill in the
beta tester registration form.
At the end of the
testing process you will
receive a free license
key for the tested
software.
We will
analyze the survey
including your
suggestions and notify
you if you are approved
for the Bodrag beta
testing program.
Additional instructions
on how to download the
beta release software
and report the results
of your testing will be
included in the
notification e-mail.
